The core zone was used by my children where they could meet up with others too. The entertainment team were very energetic and lively with lots of short activities for my teens snd I to part take in. The staff were very friendly, attentive and went out of their way to help. We were part of the preferred club so had a few extras such as a specific beach area, access to internet, a separate bar, snacks and hot drinks. It was close to the beach and the pool was in front of our room so we had easy access to both. We shared a room with two double beds- it would have been nice to have slightly bigger beds… but we’d have need a bigger room then! Our room was an ok size if you’re not spending time in it. This was a family holiday myself and my children ages 14/12. The re epitome from hotel staff was warm and welcoming. Our pick up and drop off from the airport was on time and easy. Our booking went smoothly albeit so many emails it did get a bit confusing…. Would I come back? Definitely but not as a preferred member.
I would still recommend this resort it is beautiful and we had a very relaxing chilled time here. Only two gripes really so not too bad I don’t think for a two week stay. When we sat on the beach at the preferred area we weren’t asked about being a member so anyone could actually use it and you never had a problem getting a bed on either side anyway. It didn’t and certainly not worth $700 (£556) !! We’d already paid for a deluxe room so our only benefit was to get High end drinks in the members club which was very nice inside and out but very quiet and we used the preferred restaurant the ocean once. We were tired after a long flight and we pretty much signed for it thinking it would give us a lot of extras. My next gripe is the preferred members club. The problem is the bottles they have on the shelves are your normal Smirnoff absolute Bacardi etc but they really don’t taste like it, I’m guessing cheap local drinks which is fine if that is what’s on the bottle. When I say tame it was mostly drinkable the wine was not bad only 8.5% and I’m not saying we’re alcoholic it’s just nice to have a nice drink sometimes. The alcohol in all the bars was very tame except the preferred members club.

There are many restaurants but quite busy to get into in the evening so we pretty much stayed at the buffet restaurant which was fine and always a big selection of foods( big shout to Santa and Angel ) one gripe about the food though I’m gluten free and it would of been great to see allergy info but I managed. We booked a deluxe swim out room and it was perfect for us (1102) with the sun on our beds till around 230 then wander to the beach or another spot around the large pool. The staff on a whole were very Friendly and accommodating we had the same cleaner for most of our stay and she was lovely and thorough. We’ve just returned from a lovely two week stay here.
